welcome Roger, any of the free vids is a good place to go next, i am a fan of Ultimate Surrender or Addicted to my control. Also watch Intro to trance, or any other vid at least once a day for a week to get the best experience and programming from it and enjoy your new bliss as Goddess’s pet. -

My only advice would be to follow your fetish : ) If there is something in a vid description that makes you go, hmm that might be fun, give it a try, because Goddess Zenova will absolutely massage that part of your mind into a whole new experience.

Hi T I just Updatet My Different Apps Challenges On My own profile. Nr 1 the new bird i have listen or watched, 2 and 3 are Fitify workout and Yoga, Then there is the Outdoor active, Bike/Hike , and then the Seek Fauna and flora app, and last the Summit lynx app.-

ty, i will see which i can use. My fitness is barely ok, and can be a lot better. Focussing on routine and MH (finch, duolingo, kritia on PC for art), wanting to add in more fitness activites.-

I have just read about, the finch app. I dont know, how you are using it, but sounds like you can, put in task for your self to do, maybe you can put in one of the apps I have put up, or just like do yoga, or remeber to take a walk ?-
