Goddess Zenova, this file is also a very good motivator while working out as well. Great to take this along if only taking a short or long walk, or gym training. Having your voice in my mind and knowing you are also pleased that I participate in training (martial arts) etc. is extra special. A really nice utility-type file for just about any activity.
